A nice house at Equinox ST of Taringa (Zone 2), close to UQ. There have two rooms for rent. It suits study and relax. The street is quiet and beautiful. 3 mints walk to bus stop, 15 mints walk to busy bus stop and train station. 20 mints walk to Indooroopilly shopping centre. Welcome students of UQ who tidy and no smoking to share with us.

There have total 3 rooms in the house. The rent is $130/w for smaller one and $140/w for larger one include water, electricity, internet, full furniture and cook tools.

The rooms will available on 15, Nov, 2010 and on 21, Nov, 2010. Please come to have a look and booking early.
