我和我的朋友现求租两个单人间，希望到City和Griffitrh Nathan Campus都很方便（最好都能直达），网最好是无限（unlimited）流量的。

Hi there, the following may suit you:

The two furnished rooms are located at the same lowset unit in a complex. Each room has ceiling fan,air-con,built-in wardrobe double bed, desk etc. Occupants in these two rooms will share a separated bathroom including toilet. Chinese satellite TV is available in lounge room. The complex has swimming pool and BBQ entertaining area.
It's a 5 minute walk to local shopping village and to City Express Bus Stop 130, 135. Rent $105 pw including electricity, water and ADSL+2 internet access. It is available now. 我们家现在有两间大单人房出租，在salisbury,门口就是超市和车站，从门口坐车不到十分钟就到Griffith nathan,二十分钟直达city,非常符合你的要求。请问你什么时候入住？

I have one 3 bedroom flat at Nyleta Street, Coopers Plans. 10 minutes walk to Griffith University, 1 minute walk to bus stop (routes 120, 135, 155, 598), Close to local shops, and takeaways. Fully Furnished:- beds, desks, lounge, TV, fridge, basic kitchenware, microwave, washing machine, all provided.

Rent: $400 per week + 4 weeks bond, including water, electricity, internet.

Becasu it is very close to Griffith University, you can easy find another people to share with you.
