One bedroom available in2-bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, St Lucia (6 months lease)

Available date: At the 20th of August

Rent: (including electricity, water and unlimited Internet fee)

Bond: 4-week bond

Preferred tenant: Students

Smoking: Not permitted

Pets: Not permitted

The unit is located on Macquarie street which is very convenient for students in UQ. It is 15 min walk to UQ, 2 min walk to Bus stop ( the one near the Asian shop ) and Guyatt Park Citycat station.

The bedroom is fully furnished:

A double bed with mattress,

Build-in wardrobe,

Study desk and chair,

Unlimited ADSL2+.

You have your own bigbathroom.

The living room is also big and fully furnished:

Big TV,

Sofa and coffee table,

Dining table and chairs.

You will share the unit with a nice couple (UQ staff). We are looking for a clean and tidy person toshare this unit. Couple and single are both welcome.

This room is also for short term rent from 10 to 22 of July . The rent for short time is cheap, just $25/day/person.
