so you have already signed the contract with owner?
for formal contract (i means those via RTA), there shuold be written down how many people is allowed to live in the house.
a term e.g. "3 adults will live in the house"
if you are still in the contract and there are only 3 people living in the house, you can call RTA (possible to ask for double bond)
if more than 3 people live in the house, this means that you break the contract and owner has right to ask you go.
of coz, for any contract not via RTA, it is illegal and you can report to RTA directly lol
