A & J Realty, a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency, is seeking a highly motivated and high achieving Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The BusinessDevelopment Manager will involve signing up new rental managements to grow theproperty management division,  as well as managing a small portfolio ofproperties.

Key responsibilitieswill include:
- Sourcing newbusiness opportunities with relevant professional organisations  andindividuals
- Building andmaintaining relationships with property owners, landlords, builders, andproperty developers
- Following up onleads
- Negotiatingrental/management fees
- Coordinatingcontracts and correspondence with new property owners

Applicants for thisrole should have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of two (2)years experience in property management
- Previous BDMexperience
- Current Real EstateRegistration Certificate
- Current DriversLicence
- Knowledge of theResidential Tenancies Act
- Outstandingcommunication and customer service skills
