1 single room available at turton st, sunnybank. The room is clean and bright. Room comes with a double bed, a small desk, wardrobe and mirror. Staying with 4 friendly chinese tenants.
The house is extremely close to bustop, 30 seconds walk to 589 and 599 bustop which brings you to indooroopilly, chermside, carindale, garden city, etc. 1 min walk to main road bustop which brings you to city and UQ. 5 minute walk to sunnybank plaza and market square. You gonna love the house location a lot.
As im going back to my own country, so im looking for someone who is clean and with not much luggage to replace me. The room is available from 13/10/13.
