Me and another German guy are on lease for a luxery 3 bedroom townhouse in Annerly and we both are working. The lease expired on 26 Nov. I am currently looking for one person for the 3rd bedroom. if you like to stay short term you will pay $180 per week including all bills. if you want to stay till end of the lease then you will pay $160 rent ( doesn't including utilities) and you will be on list as well, also there will be $620 bond required by agent. I will assist you to put your application and to get real estate agent approval.
You will be sharing the bathroom and toilet with my co-lessor who is friendly and clean tidy man.
